Dear Students, Colleagues and Parents,
I would like to welcome you once again to this scholastic year. As most of you know my name is Ms. Sefora and I teach physical education at st.Catherine’s High School to the Junior 3,4,5 & 6. I will also be taking over the scientist of the week for the Junior 4’s and 5’s.
I graduated as a B.ed (hons) in Physical Education in 2011 and have worked in different schools including lecturing at MCast, until I found myself here at st. Catherine’s.
My philosophy: I believe i’m a very hardworking person and fun to be around. I try as much as possible to put smiles everywhere I go. I think that trust, commitment and honesty are the most important things in life. When it comes to my philosophy, I believe that no matter how hard things might seem, every student can succeed as long as they dedicate enough time and love to whatever they are doing. I also believe in team work and giving equal opportunities to all students to succeed.
